I was denied service because my husband would not be present to discuss options and pricing during the quote. I let the company know multiples times this was suppose to be a surprise birthday present for my husband and I was still told without my husband they would not come to my house with just me there alone. My appointment was cancelled the day before they were suppose to come out.
