We had our presentation on Monday the 24th. Our sales person showed up right on time. He gave us his presentation which was very good. He then stated that if we could guess the price within $500.00 he would buy us dinner at any restaurant (as long as it had Golden Arches). Anyway we guessed correctly, I could see his face drop. They took they're time at consultation for our home office to get everything just right with the design. They advised regarding materials and styles to make the process seamless and most aesthetically pleasing. Install took less than a full work day. The installers were professional, peaceful and polite.

Closet America was a pleasure to deal with. From EmJay the sales rep who helped me capture my ideas into reality and Casey and his team installing. The installation team was very professional and respectful of my home, which I really appreciated. My only complaint would be with the quality control department to allow an ugly dark knot in the middle of one of drawers, when it could have been flipped over, but I guess it’s not a big deal since I’m putting things in the drawer to cover it.
