I hired Renuity to coat my garage floor. The original consultation and installation was great; Unfortunately, a day after the install a crack appeared in the floor. After some back and forth Renuity sent Gilbert and Richard to fix the issue. Gilbert and Richard did a fantastic job listening to, and correcting, my issue, They had to completely remove the original coat and put a new one on. Zero stars should be an option for this company. Absolute headache with no regard for customers. Not to mention showing up for installation with missing pieces. Every time they are wrong they apologize yet never improve.

This company has caused me too much stress and has been a nightmare that I am still living through after a designer came to my home on May 31. I sent emails demanding a refund last Friday. Was told on the phone on Monday that I would get a refund. Yet ….my life is at a standstill because i have several thousands of dollars paid out to this company with nothing to show for it.

Excellent Team work today, they worked over six (6) hours today. Team Marlon & Julius were very professional and friendly, explaining the process and taking the time to ask for input into the excellent job that they did. Renuity should be proud of these ambassadors that provide an excellent finished product, Thanks again for a job well done, not many people can say that about the typical companies out there.
