I actually needed to get 2 different garage floors done on the same day which didn’t seem to be a problem. Trey, John and Cole showed up and knocked it out of the park. Definitely lost a customer. Wanted literally exactly what a neighbor has, same color, same everything. Easy and quick decisions. Despite explaining our personal situation why my husband could not be there but that I am the decision maker for this project, they refused to come unless he attended the full hour they request.
