Extremely frustrating experience. The company made multiple commitments regarding work timelines and repeatedly failed to honor them. Dates were changed again and again, often at the last minute, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. There was no ownership taken for the delays, and excuses kept changing. This reflects a serious lack of professionalism and respect for customers’ time. I regret choosing this company and would advise others to look elsewhere. Looks like a fraud company .

I must admit that we were VERY apprehensive about hiring Closet America. Yes I researched the company, read the reviews - this was not an easy decision as reviews are subjective. Updated: Closet America called me after my review to apologize for the no show, offered an additional discount and rescheduled my appointment. They were a no call-no show A SECOND TIME!! Seriously inconsiderate of customer's time and schedules. Very very unreliable. No call-no show isn’t a great way to earn business, especially since you sent appointment email reminders. Move on to a company more reliable.
