Richard & Gilbert - The Original “A” Team” were great. They called ahead and showed up on time. They were both very personable and professional. I appreciate how the prepped the driveway area by taping down plastic leading into the garage for their equipment and work surface to minimize clean up at the end of the job. This morning Niles, Trevor and Mike came to complete our walkway at 8 AM on May 13th. They completed the walkway with a higher grade of material to help prevent slippage on the walkway. They did an excellent job and were ready to leave by 9 AM. There is one area on the patio that needed attention which has already been prepped. The install team was fantastic. They made sure every detail was covered. When we discovered a minor problem, the install team returned and made the necessary adjustments. I wish all companies were as conscious as Renuity: good products, sound installation, and great people.
