An absolute nightmare. I filled out an online inquiry form. I received a call from someone who proceeded to say that I had called him. I told him I never called and that he called me. He then proceeded to ask me all of the questions that I had provided information about on the online form. Long review alert! This began as a 5 star review, devolved into a 3 star review, then after the customer service my husband and I received has evolved back into a 5 star review. I will start off by saying Jason Roos is the most professional, down to earth, personable salesperson I have ever met and I've been doing sales for 18 years. Nyles, Trevor and Jake did an incredible job on refinishing our garage/shop floor. The floor had a previous epoxy finish which was terrible. These guys ground out the existing epoxy floor and installed their polyurea base coat with full broadcast of flakes and clear topcoat. The attention to detail was world class. I love my new garage floor! I enjoyed watching the 7 hour process being done by two professionals Richard and Gilbert. This was backbreaking, timed processes and they never complained. They took extra time to smooth out broken concrete and cracks and clearly take pride in perfection and job done to their best ability. I sure would give them a raise and praise. Great team
