Attempted to schedule a consultation. The woman on the phone inquired my husband’s name and when he would be present. I stated he would not be around and is not a decision maker in the process. She asked the question 4 more times and refused to proceed until I shared his name. I am the sole owner of the property and wasn’t aware I needed a permission slip from my husband to book a consult. Also super confused how she even assumed I had a spouse. Very bizarre in 2024.
First, these people did not do work on my property. They never showed up or called after confirming an appointment. Since my house is in the process of being built, my wife and I drove down to the site. Waited almost an hour for them to arrive. I finally called them and spoke to someone. We had a fantastic crew out to our home - Tre, DJ and Jon D. They said they would arrive at 8am, and they pulled in the driveway at 7:59 and 45 seconds, and that set the professional tone for the entire experience. They did exactly what they said they would do, and I feel like I could eat off my garage floor now. What a tremendous upgrade to what is the main entrance we use to our home.
