Worst experience imaginable – completely unprofessional and discriminatory. This was by far the worst service experience I have ever had. The designer was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He stayed for barely 10 minutes and abruptly walked out. As he was leaving, his final words were “fing typical”*, which was shocking and completely unacceptable.

Horrible experience with this company. They messed up our scheduling and were rude on the phone. I changed birthday plans to meet with someone to get a quote and they didn’t email me or do any good contact efforts so just didn’t show up. Rude lady on the phone asked me to reschedule. Absolutely not!
