I had a home library project with closet America a few years ago. It was part of their contract to move it and re-install it when we move to a new house (for a fee). Now that we are moving to a new house, they say they cannot honor that part of the agreement anymore. This is really disappointing as we have to install a brand new library in the new house. This is bad costumer service!

The guys came on time, were very professional and friendly. They set up my system in my closet and gave me details on how it works after they finished. They even told me I could phone them back if I had to adjust the shelves. I love my closet and now it's organized. I will be calling CA back out to do my daughter's closet next!
