All my lucky stars lined up when I clicked looking for pictures of walk-in showers. Our Design Consultant Michelle was a delight! Knowledgeable & ready for questions. Coordinator Bryan cheerfully bumped us up when someone had to reschedule and Installers Gabe & Jay were exceptional (skilled, knowledgeable, tidy and funny too) and did a fabulous job. They left the area cleaner than when they began. Come over & look at my walk-in shower! Sorry I don't know how to use phone to post pictures.

The Runity team from sales to install was the best experience I had dealing with regarding home repairs or salespeople. Sales team saved me money and very detailed with the windows replacement installed. The install team was simply the best. Igor and team I can’t say enough great stuff about them to friends about my new windows.

Great product, but customer service is non-existent. I’m happy with the finished product from Closet America, but the customer service experience has been very disappointing. I’ve been trying for over a month to order an additional part and have left at least five messages. The customer service line goes straight to voicemail every time, and none of my calls have been returned. This is not a new issue. I had the same problem when trying to schedule my installation and had to go through my sale... Read more

Garbage. Tried to install different tile. Then couldn't get right tile in. Busted tiles and still waiting for replacements. Third time to do work makes conflicts. Now months away from their two day estimate.
