Had flooring done 1/17. Team did good on that. But during the sales process the rep said we had a 0% APR plan and they just had to do a "soft pull". That was a lie, it was a hard pull. Manager was suppose to get this remidated and fixed but haven't heard back once I paid for the job. Guess people only nice till the sale is complete.

I started a text discussion with Closet America, but they were not clear on their website or in the texts about their policy of not working with renters. I wasted time calling their center, sending over my project specs, and setting up a profile before I learned they would not work with me. Not OK.
