I gave them a 2 because the closet does look really nice and I like the product. They lost me with customer service. I have a small space, was told the closet would take two days ( one day for the removal/patch/painting, one day for install). Day one went as planned. Day 2 the install guy didn’t bring a hand dolly so we had to make a million trips from his truck to my unit.
