The install crew was very professional, excellent job
We just built a brand new home and after the concrete porches and pathway were poured, we decided that we didn’t want the regular grey concrete. In our research, we found Renuity and Farhan Baloch came to our home and presented what the company had to offer. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Had flooring done 1/17. Team did good on that. But during the sales process the rep said we had a 0% APR plan and they just had to do a "soft pull". That was a lie, it was a hard pull. Manager was suppose to get this remidated and fixed but haven't heard back once I paid for the job. Guess people only nice till the sale is complete.
