REI came recommended to us by a trusted contractor friend. We have a very unique custom designed home. Over the winter we ran into ice dam problems. REI came out to do measurements and was very prompt to deliver a quote, and personally discussed the recommendations with us. Their installation crew was efficient, communicative, and kept the work site very clean. REI has done two separate jobs at my house. They first did the vinyl siding and root, and then a year later we asked them to come back to do windows and doors. Great experience from start to finish. I was contacted by Travis who gave me an estimate for gutters including taking down my old pergola which interfered with the installation. The work with the gutters came out great and I highly recommend them.
