Nick is the nicest contractor I've ever contacted. I had a basement ceiling leakage and contacted Nick to check the roof. He discussed with me over the phone very patiently about what could be wrong. He was very honest. We set up an appointment. But then something unexpected happen to me and I had to cancel the appointment. We had the rubber roof on our triple-decker replaced in April after we discovered a major leak in January. REI fixed the leak the day after I called. Our project manager was Jake. I appreciated the professionalism of the entire crew and the quality of their work. Great communication from beginning to end.
