We had the rubber roof on our triple-decker replaced in April after we discovered a major leak in January. REI fixed the leak the day after I called. Our project manager was Jake. I appreciated the professionalism of the entire crew and the quality of their work. Great communication from beginning to end. Glenn has been extremely professional and patient with us on explaining the details, inspection of the old roof and provided guidance on the new replacement.
