I felt that Residential Exteriors Inc. was very thorough with their proposal and their
explanation of how they were going to do the job. I thought the price was pretty competitive
based on the services that I received.
Nick was thorough in looking the job over and prompt in his estimate. The roof started on time was essentially done in one day. Quality materials and installation.
We had a leak in our 10 year old roof. Given the number of eaves on the house, it was difficult to find the source (we asked several different professionals and no one could identify with confidence). So, we got several bids. Nick's was reasonable, he explained everything very clearly and I trusted him. The team came, replaced the roof, and cleaned up afterwards. I am happy to report that the leak is gone!
Glenn Hall, Taylor and his crew have been excellent. Glenn has been extremely professional and patient with us on explaining the details, inspection of the old roof and provided guidance on the new replacement. Taylor and his crew were prompt and professional on the day of the roof work. The men worked very diligently and completed the scope of work on time.
