We had a new rubber roof installed on our bay window by another contractor. I was worried about the quality and appearance, so I sent a photo and asked Nick for a few minutes of his time/opinion. He could not come out to look, but called back within 5 minutes. We discussed the photo. He reassured me that everything seemed to be done to code, with good materials. Nick is the nicest contractor I've ever contacted. I had a basement ceiling leakage and contacted Nick to check the roof. He discussed with me over the phone very patiently about what could be wrong. He was very honest. We set up an appointment. But then something unexpected happen to me and I had to cancel the appointment.
