It went very well. The team showed up on time and ready to work. They did a number of small items not included in the quote as a favor (like replacing boots on vent pipes, fixing a small area etc). The cleaned up nicely. Could not have asked for anything better.
We were first introduced to REI when we had a huge section of our front roof rip off during a storm a few years ago. After calling around for immediate service, REI was the only one able to come over and patch the roof immediately. Flaws in how the original roof was installed led us to eventually need to replace the front roof.
