From my initial contact to REI for an estimate, I was completely satisfied. very prompt responses to any/all of my questions. In fact, I was not sure what color shingles I wanted so Mike our salesman came to the house with some samples for a better look. Work included removal of all slate shingles, underpayment, flashing, and install composite water/ice shield and composit underpayment, flashing, shingles, and new ridge vents, attic exhaust fan. Product quality and install were excellent.with 50 yr unlimited warranty on shingles and 20 years on labor.
