From my initial contact to REI for an estimate, I was completely satisfied. very prompt responses to any/all of my questions. In fact, I was not sure what color shingles I wanted so Mike our salesman came to the house with some samples for a better look. We were given a date and a time and workers were very prompt and professional. Roof looks very nice and has added value to the property. Kudos to the office and crew for a job well done. Work included removal of all slate shingles, underpayment, flashing, and install composite water/ice shield and composit underpayment, flashing, shingles, and new ridge vents, attic exhaust fan. Product quality and install were excellent.with 50 yr unlimited warranty on shingles and 20 years on labor. The crew stared at 7am ,covered the area up and started working.Two workers on the roof and one feeding them the supplies and picking up the waste.No time was wasted on cellphones,time on breaks and lunch were good.There was no goofing off ,worked in a safe and professional manner.The roof was almost done in one day.Would recommend this company again.
