They always called back promptly, showed up when they said they would, finished in the expected timeline, and completed the work efficiently. The new roof looks great and with a 40 year warranty I look forward to not worrying about it for a good long time. I wouldn't hesitate to hire or recommend REI.

REI re-sided our house in late August/early September. The planning and ordering process was smooth and all of our questions were answered whenever asked. The installation crew was great. Lots of fun while still being professional. Anytime a situation arose, whether real or perceived, it was addressed quickly and thoroughly. Estimate was spot on. REI installed my house siding and recently replaced all my windows. Both experiences were outstanding! The jobs were done right with quality products and look amazing (and i’m a bit OCD). Nick, Frank, and Pedro are all professionals with great knowledge, many years of experience, and an eye for details. This is a follow up review. REI has done 2 roofing jobs for us, one at our primary home and one at a beach cottage. As stated in my previous review, both jobs were excellent in all regards. Fast forward to 2024, we are selling the primary home, which had a new REI roof installation in 2008. Our town has somehow lost the roofing permit closure documentation and we need to assure all permits are closed prior to the sale.
