Pleasant experience from beginning to end! We had our front door replaced and it was installed perfectly. Even my husband who is quite critical commented that he couldn't find anything wrong. REI was professional from the start, they measured perfectly so that little needed to be done to get the door to fit properly - which is saying something in a 100 year old house. REI replaced wood exterior with vinyl siding on our home in April 2024. This is an expensive investment, so we were very selective on who we hired to do this job. We are absolutely happy with REI's work. From beginning to end REI's staff and workers were involved, responsive, and professional. Skilled workers worked long days to finish the job right and faster than expected (weather cooperated too), and we appreciate their hard work! We 100% recommend REI!

The entire REI Roofing team was fantastic on the chimney removal project for our HOA. Frank Curreri is a knowledgeable, thorough and friendly professional. All concerns were addressed, and all questions were answered, both before work began and throughout the project. If weather or any other event affected the job, I was notified immediately. Brian Chapman and his two colleagues were great to work with on the project site. They were friendly and professional in every way.
