REI was great. Everyone I spoke with was professional and knowledgeable. I only needed a small job done (vent flashing repair) but was impressed when Nick answered all my questions and walked me through my options. Brian came out only a few days later and did a great job resealing and showed me pictures of the repair he made.
REI just finished three large projects at my home. I had my roof replaced, 5 new windows installed, 2 skylights replaced and brand new siding installed.
