House is 20+ years old and had started to show that. Frank came out to survey some siding damage as well as some rot on the farmer’s porch and exterior door. Frank was very helpful and provided options. He followed up with a quote. His approach and assurances secured the deal for us. I give REI a 5 star review. I’m extremely pleased with the professionalism, responsiveness, and with the services received from everyone at REI, and highly recommend them. Nick was at my house to review my roofing needs on the day and time promised. He delivered a full itemized estimate that same day. The work was completed within a week of me signing the contract. The hard working crew completed the job in one day and did a thorough job cleaning up.
