We have a large house with many different roof lines which made this a difficult replacement job. When Tom came to bid on the job he got up on the roof to inspect and found vent pipes caulk had worn out and were leaking and also a 5 foot section of roof vent that was missing and leaking which he fixed right then without having our commitment on the job.
