        Tom was a very responsible owner by checking on his crews to make sure that everything was being done properly, especially the clean up. Even when his crew were completely done he came back to check that there were no nails left behind that could puncture anyone’s tires. His crew was very polite to all of us that live in the condos, always saying good morning and making sure no one was in the areas where the old roof was being discarded.
