Tom was a very responsible owner by checking on his crews to make sure that everything was being done properly, especially the clean up. Even when his crew were completely done he came back to check that there were no nails left behind that could puncture anyone’s tires. His crew was very polite to all of us that live in the condos, always saying good morning and making sure no one was in the areas where the old roof was being discarded. Excellent work, very conscientious of our condo owners that were being impacted through the roofing process. Area was cleaned up daily and then a thorough final review of the area and lawn after the roofing was completed. Pricing was excellent as well. Would highly recommend Tom and his crew.

Tom and his crews (roof and gutter) were excellent to work with! They exceeded our expectations from day one when we called and asked for a quote admittedly only providing a two day window but Tom fit us into his calendar without blinking an eye. Tom got up on the roof (you might be surprised to know not every contractor does so), provided a detailed estimate and followed up just the right amount.
