We completed a comprehensive roof, fascia and gutter/downspout replacements on this single-story home in DeKalb. The project involved a complete tear-off of the aging asphalt shingles down to the original wood deck to ensure a clean and stable surface. We carefully inspected the structural components, removing debris and preparing the entire roof for a modern, durable system. To ensure a solid foundation, we replaced sections of weathered sheathing with new OSB boards and applied a high-performance underlayment. We then installed new Landmark "Weathered Wood" shingles, specifically addressing transitions around the brick chimney and the low-slope addition to provide superior weather protection. After completing the roof, we addressed and replaced the fascia as well as the gutters and downspouts.

619 Red Oak Lane ,Chana, IL, US

We performed a siding and trim replacement on this residential property in Chana. The work involved removing weathered red lap siding and installing new house wrap to ensure a secure moisture barrier. We focused on repairing deteriorated wood trim and fascia boards at critical roof intersections to prevent future water intrusion. We installed new horizontal HardieBoard Siding in the color "Country Lane Red" and updated the gable peaks to match the existing architectural style. The project also included replacing worn metal flashing along the roofline transitions to provide a clean and durable finish. This update improved the building envelope and refreshed the overall appearance of the home.

Called for an estimate for gutter resealing. Ron came out next day. He inspected the roof and fixed a couple of loose shingles. The estimate was sent to me within 1-2 days. The gutter work was subcontracted out and was done that same week. Both Ron and the gutter guys did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this company!
