We completed a full residential roof replacement for this two-story home in Dekalb. Our team performed a complete tear-off of the existing weathered shingles and debris to prepare the surface for a fresh installation. We also conducted a thorough inspection of the attic trusses and interior ventilation to ensure the structural integrity of the new roofing system. We installed Landmark Pro asphalt shingles in the color "Evergreen", providing a durable and visually distinct finish that complements the home's siding. The project included the installation of new ridge caps, box vents, and flashing to create a weather-tight seal. The updated roofing system significantly improves the home's protection and curb appeal for years to come.

We completed a full residential roof replacement for this single-story home and its detached garage in DeKalb. After stripping the original roofing materials, we identified and repaired significant rot and holes within the existing wood roof decking. Our team installed new plywood sheathing to create a stable, structural base across the entire roof surface before proceeding with the final install. We finished the project using new CertainTeed Landmark shingles in the color "Moire Black" and a complete flashing system for long-term weather protection. This comprehensive update provides the property with a reliable, weather-tight barrier and refreshed curb appeal.
