We completed a full roof replacement on this two-story residence in Geneva to address aging materials and visible damage. Our crew performed a complete tear-off of the old shingles, inspected the roof deck for integrity, and replaced damaged flashing and sheathing to prevent future leaks. We installed new CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles in the color "Max Def Weathered Wood" across the multi-plane roof surface to ensure lasting durability and a cohesive finish. The project also included the installation of new rubber boot flashings for vent pipes and a comprehensive cleanup of the surrounding landscape. To top everything off we completely replaced the old gutter and downspout system with new aluminium. This upgrade ensures the home is fully protected from the elements while significantly improving its overall exterior appearance.
