We owned a 22 year home in DeKalb and asked for an estimate to replace the roof. Ron got on the roof (for free) and told us it wasn't necessary and we should wait another 3-5 years. We bought another home in DeKalb (24 years old) and thought we needed gutters because we had a wall of water falling when it rained.
