Honestly, I thought I was going to get a better quality of service. I looked online and I saw a five star review from this business. The owner is nice and attentive. However, I was unsatisfied with the outcome of my service (i.e. two windows installed). The workers sprayed too much insulation, as seen in the pictures attached. Two weeks later a guy came out to try and make it look better, but it’s still not what I expected for the amount I paid.
We had an excellent experience! We received a call back in just a few hours and the estimate was lower than expected. The work was completed quickly and we were informed of everything they were doing. We highly recommend Responsive Roofing!
