We performed a complete roof replacement on this detached two-car garage in Cortland. Our team stripped the existing roofing materials and applied a protective black underlayment. We finished the installation with durable gray asphalt shingles that coordinate with the existing vinyl siding and the nearby residence.
We completed a comprehensive roof replacement for this two-story residential home and detached garage in Sycamore. Our crew performed a full tear-off down to the wooden decking to ensure a solid foundation for the new materials. We utilized extensive site protection, including debris tarps and safety netting, to keep the property clean throughout the teardown and installation. We installed CertainTeed Landmark Pro Shingles in the color "Max Def Cobblestone Gray" along with updated attic vents and ridge caps to enhance ventilation and long-term durability. The project included precision work around the existing brick chimney and dormer windows to ensure a watertight seal across all roof planes.
