We completed a comprehensive roof replacement for this historic red brick church in Sycamore. Our crew performed a full tear-off of the existing shingles down to the wood decking to address underlying wear and ensure a solid foundation for the new materials. The project involved navigating steep pitches, high-tower sections, and complex transitions between sloped surfaces and flat-roof membrane areas. We installed new CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles in the color "Max Def Colonial Slate", reinforced metal valleys, and integrated a copper roof section for enhanced durability. To improve water management, we also replaced the drainage system with new bronze downspouts and gutters. This extensive renovation secured the building’s exterior while carefully preserving its traditional architectural character.

About 10 years ago we had Responsive Roofing replace our roof, siding, gutters, and upstairs windows. Ron and his team did an excellent job. This year we finally decided to replace our downstairs windows so we had Ron come out again.
