This project involved using 30 squares of CertainTeed Landmark shingles in the Pewter color to provide durable roofing. We removed a single layer of the existing roof with a pitch of 4/12 and took off 233 feet of gutters for replacement. Our team skillfully handled the installation of a new gutter system, including a 233-foot gutter apron and 5-inch white gutters and 3x4 downspouts for optimized water management. We also updated all of the fascia . Additionally, we ensured optimal ventilation by closing 8 mushroom vents and cutting in a 44-feet of ridge vent. We also replaced the medium chimney flashing to enhance the overall integrity of the roof. Our commitment ensures the property owners benefit from a reliable and efficient roofing system in Wheaton.
