We performed a siding and trim replacement on this residential property in Chana. The work involved removing weathered red lap siding and installing new house wrap to ensure a secure moisture barrier. We focused on repairing deteriorated wood trim and fascia boards at critical roof intersections to prevent future water intrusion. We installed new horizontal HardieBoard Siding in the color "Country Lane Red" and updated the gable peaks to match the existing architectural style. The project also included replacing worn metal flashing along the roofline transitions to provide a clean and durable finish. This update improved the building envelope and refreshed the overall appearance of the home.

We performed a complete roof replacement on this historic single-story bungalow in Sycamore. Our team stripped the existing layers of worn asphalt shingles down to the original wooden roof deck to ensure a stable foundation for the new installation. We utilized professional debris-containment netting throughout the process to protect the surrounding landscape and property from falling materials. We installed CertainTeed Landmark Pro asphalt roofing shingles in Moire Black, providing a durable and aesthetically pleasing finish. The project included installing all new wood sheathing underlayment, updating roof vents, and securing metal flashing around the brick chimneys for long-term weather protection. This upgrade significantly improved the home's curb appeal while ensuring lasting protection against the elements.

We had a unique situation to fix. Ron was able to assess our concerns and provide a plan to address them. He also suggested getting other opinions, which we did.
