At Responsive Roofing, LLC, we take pride in ensuring quality craftsmanship for our clients in Northern IL. For this project, we installed 33.66 squares of CertainTeed Landmark shingles in the color Weathered Wood and replaced 84 feet of ridge vent, ensuring the roof is both durable and visually appealing. We were also committed to resource efficiency by reusing the existing gutter apron, gutters, and gutter screen, making certain that they were clear of debris at the completion of our work. Additionally, we replaced three fixed Velux D06 skylights, enhancing natural lighting while maintaining energy efficiency. Our team installed 150 feet of drip edge to protect the roof's edges and give a long-lasting rooftop solution.

While working in Cortland, IL, we removed one layer of shingles and replaced them with CertainTeed Landmark shingles in the color Colonial Slate. Responsive Roofing, LLC tackled a 6/12 slope covering 20 square feet and handled a 10/12 slope as well, accounting for 2 square feet. We also replaced 105 feet of drip edge, and installed 129-feet of gutter apron. To finish the job, we replaced 7 mushroom vents and installed all new white seamless 5" gutters and 3x4 downspouts.

At Responsive Roofing, LLC, our work on the property in Gilberts, IL centered around ensuring both functionality and durability for the client's roof. We began by removing a single layer of existing shingles and expertly installed 27.66 square of CertainTeed Landmark shingles in the Heather Blend color. Our crew replaced the drip edge and gutter apron with Royal Brown options, ensuring a seamless look and superior protection. During our inspection, we discovered rotting wood and took necessary measures by installing 48 sheets of ½” plywood to reinforce the roof structure. The installation of 75 insulation baffles was also included to enhance ventilation. We took care of closing 2 mushroom vents and 1 power vent to improve efficiency, while also replacing 80 feet of ridge vent to maintain proper air flow. Additionally, our team expertly handled the replacement of a chimney flashing, ensuring the overall integrity and longevity of the roofing system for the property owner. To top everything off we replaced 124' of seamless gutters and 79' of 3x4 downspouts in the color Royal Brown to give this home this refreshing glow.

We replaced this upper roof with CertainTeed Landmark shingles in the color Georgetown Grey. As part of our work in Sycamore, IL, we installed a new 4-inch adjustable lead boot, three black mushroom vents, and a bath vent for optimal ventilation and airflow throughout the entire home. At Responsive Roofing, LLC, ensuring the longevity and performance of our roofing systems is crucial. We also took care of replacing a 16-foot drip edge to prevent water intrusion and installed a white gutter apron spanning 115 feet for additional protection.
