The work involved removing weathered red lap siding and installing new house wrap to ensure a secure moisture barrier. We focused on repairing deteriorated wood trim and fascia boards at critical roof intersections to prevent future water intrusion. We installed new horizontal HardieBoard Siding in the color "Country Lane Red" and updated the gable peaks to match the existing architectural style. The project also included replacing worn metal flashing along the roofline transitions to provide a clean and durable finish. They replaced our roof, soffits, gutters and patio door. Performed good work. Cleaned up the areas very well also. Jean Paul is easy to work with and he maintains good contact along the way.
