He will meet with any insurance inspector; will file necessary paperwork; and he will ensure that the job is done properly. We needed 2 exhaust pipes installed for bathroom vents and the owner was there within a few hours to take a look and give us a quote. He said the work would be done by the end of the week and we let him know we were in a bit of a time crunch, he had people there the next day. Although we didn't get anything major, I see their trucks everywhere and now I know why. Great company and super customer focused.

I had a fly-by-night roofing company stop at my house and tell me I had hail damage and that the previous roofer did a bad job on my roof. Ron from Responsive came out right away and informed me that I didn't have hail damage and my roof was done very nicely (by another company).. He even repaired a little area that was lifted and wouldn't charge me. What honesty and integrity!
