We completed a full roof replacement for this detached garage in Sycamore. Our team stripped the old materials and installed new (OSB) roof decking to ensure a solid foundation for both structures. We then applied high-quality underlayment across the entire surface area to provide a reliable weather-tight seal. For the final layer, we installed Landmark "Resawn Shake" shingles. To finish this project, we also replaced the white gutters and downspouts to properly manage water drainage. The result is a durable, uniform roofing system that provides long-term protection for the entire property.

We completed a full roof replacement on this split-level home in Hinckley, transitioning from worn, weathered three-tab shingles to a modern architectural system. Our crew performed a complete tear-off, inspected the attic framing, and replaced all damaged OSB sheathing to ensure a solid structural base for the new materials. We managed the site carefully throughout the removal and installation process to ensure the residential property remained clean and protected. The new installation featured high-performance Landmark shingles in the color "Moire Black" and WinterGuard waterproofing underlayment for superior leak protection. We integrated a responsive synthetic underlayment and updated the ventilation with new ridge caps and vents to improve the home's overall airflow and energy efficiency. The finished dark charcoal shingles provide a sharp contrast against the existing exterior, significantly enhancing the residence's curb appeal and long-term durability. To top it all off, we replaced the fascia and soffit with new bronze metal and the gutter and downspout system to manage water drainage.
