At Responsive Roofing, LLC in Wheaton, IL, we are committed to delivering quality roofing solutions for our clients. This project involved using 30 squares of CertainTeed Landmark shingles in the Pewter color to provide durable roofing. We removed a single layer of the existing roof with a pitch of 4/12 and took off 233 feet of gutters for replacement. Our team skillfully handled the installation of a new gutter system, including a 233-foot gutter apron and 5-inch white gutters and 3x4 downspouts for optimized water management. We also updated all of the fascia . Additionally, we ensured optimal ventilation by closing 8 mushroom vents and cutting in a 44-feet of ridge vent. We also replaced the medium chimney flashing to enhance the overall integrity of the roof. Our commitment ensures the property owners benefit from a reliable and efficient roofing system in Wheaton.

Ron and Ben and their team were amazing. They took great care of the roof and even suggested going ridge cap vent to help save some costs, which was greatly appreciated after needing a bunch of the wood replaced.
