Responding to our valued client's request, we made sure to use a catch all system and took care to protect the bushes around the property. In Sycamore, IL, Responsive Roofing, LLC expertly handled the roof with varying slopes, including 6.66 squares at a 5/12 pitch, 9.66 squares at a 10/12 pitch, 0.66 squares at a 14/12 pitch, and a 0.66 square flat roof. We replaced a 64-foot ridge vent and upgraded the drip edge along a 108-foot span, ensuring long-lasting protection and efficiency. Our team installed new roof-to-wall flashing and chimney flashing to provide additional security against water intrusion. Using 15 squares of CertainTeed Landmark shingles in Moire Black, we delivered a robust and visually appealing roofing solution for the client's home.

On the flat roof, we upgraded the roof's materials by replacing five sheets of plywood, installing 37' of drip edge, and laying down two squares of rolled roofing.
Additionally, our skilled crew carefully replaced 56 feet of ridge vent to enhance the attic's ventilation. Recognizing the importance of a thorough job, we also removed and installed 246 feet of new 6-inch white gutters, along with the associated downspouts, ensuring effective water management for the customer.
