We have been having issues with our attic getting incredibly hot, because our home is older and didnt have proper ventilation installed when it was built. We had Equity come out to try to figure out what could be done. They recommended installing a ventilation system which included a ridge vent and eve intake vents, to help with that issue. We had a new roof installed 12 years ago by another local contractor and was told by that contractor that a ridge vent was not possible to have installed on ...

I recently had a new asphalt roof installed on my home by Equity Roofing. Everyone with whom I dealt was efficient, courteous, and honest, from the initial contact with the office, to the inspector, to the actual work done. Fantastic company! The finished roof and vents are exceptional, and the team is very hard-working, personable and communicative from beginning to end. Hot days didn’t slow them down, and they were strategic on getting the most out of days with scattered showers. The finished product looks wonderful! Would recommend!!
