Travis came into my home was very funny very kind very open. You could tell that he thoroughly loved his job he made you feel like he had known you forever. He wasn’t pushy. He didn’t force he gave me my own options.

Mishal was easy to talk to, listened to what I needed to accomplish and was able to make it happen.

I called Long Home to see what they could do with my outdated shower. Ryan was prompt and was very patient with me...I was going back and forth on what to get. He showed me many samples and I ended up getting something I know I'll love for years to come!

Started to have my walk-in shower remodel done by Jacuzzi. I was not satisfied with the knowledge of their sales representative. Canceled the contract and called Long Home. The completed project was OUTSTANDING! A friend who had work done by Jacuzzi, and recommended them to me called and asked to see what I had done. After 55 years in the construction industry and managing multiple high end projects around the DC area, Long Home is exactly the kind of contractor I always looked for.

I asked for a quote to replace our tub with a walk-in shower. I like the looks and feel of the materials. I like the guarantees. I like the presentation. I was not quite ready for price based on a tub remodel that I did in the past.
