Dynasty was professional, from beginning to end. Prompt telephone service, prompt evaluation and estimate quotation, specialized roofers (different roles among the crew) working efficiently to complete our job in 4 days. in addition, they coordinated with a solar panel company to work around removal and reinstallation of our panels. The workmanship is excellent- and we have experience, as Dynasty installed our previous roof 25 years ago and it never failed or had any issues.

UPDATE: within an hour of this post I received a call from Dynasty saying they had sent the quote a day after meeting with me. The woman on the phone was very friendly and waited for comfiration that I had received in my inbox. Original post: I called for a quote, a young guy came out, looked at the roof and said he'd create a quote in 3 days. Never heard from him again.

Dynasty Roofing has enjoyed a great reputation for many years and for good reason. From top to bottom and start to finish these people are exceptional to work with and the quality of workmanship is without peer. The initial roof inspection, Jessie's recommendations about product and color, fast response in preparing the contract and all of the arrangements for time were perfect. The desire to accommodating my shifting schedules were designed to make the customer feel like they were in charge....

Quotations were very reasonable compared to others for the same work. Work was very efficiently done by different crews, expert in their part of the project. Quality of work was excellent. Preparation and post project cleanup was great. Project included removal of two old layers of roofing, some wood replacement, installation of new roofing, and installation of new gutters.

Dynasty Roofing did a fantastic job replacing our roof. Once we got on the schedule the process was quick, thorough and professional. They did our main roof and a large flat roof over our carport. They even custom built a new metal top for our chimney and new flashing for the carport. Their quote was very reasonable and spot on.
