Everything from start to finish was a breeze because of our Roofing Consultant (Juan Serna). Juan met with our insurance adjuster, sent them the pictures and details they needed, made great recommendations to us and handled all the the legwork with the insurance company. Meanwhile, I was able to go about my daily routine and even felt confident enough in Juan's oversight of the job that I was able to go away on vacation and come home to a beautiful new roof. From the very first visit, Caleb Lipthratt was the difference maker. Our roof is large and complex, and Caleb took the time to truly understand it — he came out multiple times just to make sure the quote was right. We had an active leak at the time, and rather than just leaving us to wait, he suggested potential fixes and came out on two separate occasions to install a temporary fix that held until the full replacement could be done. His attention to detail during the install was extraordinary....
