Their customer service is top notch, they respond right away to inquiries, and their crew was efficient but still took the time to do things right. These people are great — Doug and Hector managed the project — removed tiles and installed new architectural asphalt shingles — Certainteed— Doug told me everything they would do — in detail. I had three bids — went with Town and Country — so happy — the others weren’t planning to replace necessary fascia — weren’t planning on securing adjoining plywood with metal stabilizers — which is necessary. I had my roof replaced by Town and Country earlier this year and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are one of the best companies I've ever worked with, in any capacity. They did a super thorough inspection prior to giving me my estimate, including the attic and on the roof; the other companies I got estimates from either didn't check the attic or used drones to look at the roof. Very satisfied with our new roof. Tony D kept excellent communication with us during the installation. The roofing crew showed up on time and cleaned the work area each night with no extra cleanup required. Highly recommend!

We got three estimates before deciding on Town and Country Roofing. They were the middle bid, but that was not why we selected them. We were impressed with what they said they would do and how they would do it. We had requested that the box vents on the west side of the house be moved to the east side. New roof and gutters installed in January 2026. Awesome experience all around. Pete the Sales Rep was great. From the start, taking alot of time to gather the details he needed to give us a comprehensive quote.
