She went a few extra miles for me, battling insurance to ensure that my roof/gutters were replaced. She made the process smooth and she even helped me pick the best color. Capitol Roofing has been in business in Cheyenne for over 40 years. I called Capitol Roofing because my roof was leaking water into my home. I received a call back on the same day from a man named David from Capitol Roofing. He came over the next morning to assess the situation. It was not a big or expensive fix. Unfortunately, we experienced what appeared to be some installation quality issues, along with what was later determined to be a manufacturer defect with the shingles. He answered all my questions, took the time to explain things to me (more than once at times), answered all my calls and texts, and worked with the insurance rep.
