Stetson was very came by and was forthcoming as to what he would be doing. He provided me a walkthrough via the video that he shot while up on the roof and described areas of concern. Stetson recommended that I file a claim and to contact him once I have setup an appointment with the adjuster. He fixed the damaged area to prevent any water damage, pending the adjusters inspection. I will update once the damage has been fixed.
Carrie was pleasant to work with over the phone, getting information about our roof damage from a storm and scheduling us for an inspection quickly. She also sent us an email about the shingles so we could submit the information to our HOA.
