Stetson was very came by and was forthcoming as to what he would be doing. He provided me a walkthrough via the video that he shot while up on the roof and described areas of concern. Stetson recommended that I file a claim and to contact him once I have setup an appointment with the adjuster. He fixed the damaged area to prevent any water damage, pending the adjusters inspection. I will update once the damage has been fixed.
Carrie was pleasant to work with over the phone, getting information about our roof damage from a storm and scheduling us for an inspection quickly. She also sent us an email about the shingles so we could submit the information to our HOA. Jack was great, he did our roof inspection and went over all of the details thoroughly and even made a second trip to our home to bring us a sample of the shingles for our HOA submission.
