Rhino roof just completed the installation of my roof, and it only took them one day to complete the removal and install. I’m very impressed with the crew and how well they all worked together to make the instal happen. Alex Paz did a awesome job on keeping me informed of scheduling and helping me with the insurance claim. Wesley Noyd is fantastic! I always recommend him to everyone I know. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly, and is very flexible and has no problem working in getting a roof inspection in short notice. I’m very happy that we decided to to do business with Rhino. Called them to inspect roof after we noticed water damage on upstairs ceiling and they promptly came out for inspection. They walked us through the process, worked with our insurance company and had a crew out on the next available rotation. Ashlie helped us get our roof replaced when it was damaged by high winds and hail. She inspected it first and determined our roof was indeed damaged. She worked along side our insurance company and helped get me scheduled for a new roof. 2 weeks later and the roof is complete, very professional installation and clean up was very good. Will use Rhino again if need be, very satisfied.
