Completed the online form for an appointment request from Rhino roofing, got a called 2 days later from Kathleen on my voicemail. I called back when I checked my voicemail. A receptionist told me Kathleen would call me back and she never did. She actually told me in her voicemail that the number she provided me was her direct number and it wasn’t. Although we could have possibly gotten a slightly lower price with another contractor, we felt Rhino Roofers gave us a competitive price for our new roof, but what sold us was the experience we got from a member of your team who just happened to be driving through my neighborhood almost three years ago.
