When I called, the kindness and excellent customer service started w/Kirkland. He said he woukd have the correct dept rep reach out to me. And, within 15 min, Tara called. After explaining my problem to Tara, we set an appointment (10/8 @ 1130). On appointment day, due to circumstances out of my control, I informed Tara I'd have to cancel. Deven Is the best project manager I’ve ever had from any company from his attention to detail and communication skills as well as his down to earth customer service experience second to none. Excellent information, professional, excellent services offered. Honest about repairs needed, pricing, benefits included, financing options. Super impressive. Rhino was our first quote, and would like to make other appointments, so the only thing I did not appreciate was the extra time spent at the end trying to pressure me into going with Rhino. I've had too many bad experiences with timeshare pressure, so that part was not good.
