He was very thorough, professional and helpful with any questions. Material and crews showed up at times agreed. Took the old roof off down to the plywood; new underlying barrier, then new heavy duty shingles. Team lead (Matthew) kept us up-to-date on where they were at the whole time and cleared all the trash, and put back all the pots, plants and furniture. We were very happy with the results.
