Very informative and thorough!
The team showed up at first light which really impressed me. They did a great job of covering everywhere roofing would fall & even better job at lean up. Their work looked great and the speed it was done was outstanding. I also liked that Rhino did not spare the manpower which showed they take care of their workers. This is my first time having to get my roof replaced and Mike Torres has been very helpful during the process. He was patient and not pushy when explaining all the different options I can go with. And he’s always gotten back with me quick when I need my estimate or have a follow up question. I had my roof replaced last year and Rhino provided excellent service. Communication was outstanding from the beginning to the end. They explained my options, the quote, timeline process and warranty. They were also quick and left the yard clean free from debris.
