The initial process of making the initial appointment has been very good. The person I spoke to on the phone was knowledgeable and friendly, and the inspector showed up exactly as promised. Mike Torres did my inspection and kept me informed along the way. He even took pictures and sent a link so I could be following along in real time. He also took video and went over everything in detail. So far they’ve exceeded expectations!
