He showed up right on time and took a look at our roof and broke down what was going to be needed to be done. Never got as far as a visit. No show no call first time around. Second time, the guy was late, got a call letting me know. Than was told they "really don't build decks or porches, and maybe I should use a local guy who can buy his material at Home Depot. Second appt was supposed to be handled by the "Manager" to be sure I was happy because of the first disappointment. I wouldn't do business with this company if they worked for free. Proceed at your own risk..
